HTC-Compatible Double V Segment Metal Bond Grinding Shoe

This HTC-interface metal-bond grinding shoe has two mirror-oriented V-profile diamond segments on a red manganese-steel base. It is intended for concrete floor preparation, coating work and general surface grinding. Choose grit, bond and pack size according to the floor condition and machine setup.

How to choose grit

• 16 / 30 grit: aggressive cutting and initial floor preparation
• 60 / 80 grit: intermediate grinding and surface refinement
• 120 grit: a finer preparation step before subsequent finishing

How to choose bond

• Soft bond: typically selected for hard concrete
• Medium bond: general-purpose choice for medium concrete
• Hard bond: typically selected for soft or abrasive concrete

Compatibility and ordering
