100mm Diamond Grinding Plate for Concrete Floor Preparation

This metal-bond diamond grinding plate is designed for concrete surface preparation, terrazzo preparation and light coating removal. Select the segment pattern, grit and pack size that match your job. For thick epoxy, glue or mastic removal, choose a dedicated PCD tool instead.

How to choose

• Segment pattern: select the pattern shown in the product options for the cutting action you need.
• Grit: 16/30 grit for aggressive removal and opening the surface; 60/80 grit for intermediate grinding; 120 grit for a finer preparation step.
• Pack size: choose 1 piece for testing or replacement, and 4- or 9-piece packs for multi-head machines or repeat work.

Compatibility

Please confirm your grinder model, 100mm plate size, bore diameter and mounting requirement before ordering. This product is supplied with a shaft as the standard configuration. If you need a shaftless version or a custom interface, request a quote before ordering and include mounting photos.
