ProGrind Supply ships diamond grinding tools and related abrasive products from China to customers in the United States and Europe.

Free Shipping

All listed stock-product prices include free standard shipping to the United States and Europe.

For stock products, the listed price also includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes. Customers should not have extra payment items at delivery for stock-product orders.

Delivery Time

Stock products usually arrive in 6-12 days after the order is processed.

Remote areas may take slightly longer because of local delivery routing, customs inspection, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options, which may include waiting for the updated shipment date or cancelling the order for a refund where applicable.

Stock Products

Products available for direct online checkout are treated as stock products.

Before placing an order, please check the product page carefully and confirm the product size, grit, segment shape, mounting interface, and application.

Custom And Bulk Orders

Custom products are not covered by the standard 6-12 day delivery estimate.

Custom products include customer-requested shape, diamond segment/head design, logo, packaging, or other specification changes.

The usual MOQ for custom products is 500 pieces.

Custom and bulk order delivery time is confirmed based on quantity, specification, packaging requirement, and production schedule.

For custom or bulk orders, please request a quote before ordering.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including recipient name, phone number, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.
