These Terms of Service govern your use of the ProGrind Supply website and purchases from us. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

2. PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to describe dimensions, grit, bond, segment design, mounting interface, compatibility, packaging, and intended application accurately. You are responsible for confirming that the selected product fits your machine, material, and intended use. If uncertain, request a recommendation before ordering.

3. STOCK, BULK, AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Stock products may be purchased through online checkout. Bulk, OEM, ODM, private-label, and custom products may require a written quotation and specification confirmation. Confirmed quotations, invoices, drawings, samples, and written specifications form part of the agreement. Custom or bulk orders may become non-cancellable after production or preparation begins, except for confirmed defects, order errors, or mandatory legal rights.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order if information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Captured payments for cancelled orders will be refunded as applicable.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, remote-area routing, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. SAFE USE
Diamond grinding tools and abrasive products must be installed and used by trained persons with compatible equipment, guards, dust control, and appropriate personal protective equipment. Follow the machine manufacturer's instructions, workplace rules, and product speed and application limits. Do not use damaged, incorrectly fitted, or unsuitable tools.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMPATIBILITY REFERENCES
Website content, product photography, text, graphics, and ProGrind Supply branding may not be commercially reused without permission. References to third-party machine brands or models describe compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; unlawfully scrape or reproduce content; or provide false account or order information.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services outside our control.
