This universal multi-hole trapezoid grinding shoe has a flat orange trapezoidal manganese-steel base with six circular through holes and two same-direction S-03 chevron/arrow-shaped metal-bond diamond segments. No rear clip, rail, lug or separate shaft is fitted.

- Two same-direction S-03 chevron segments: each segment has one pointed apex and one concave V-notch.
- Six-hole bolt-on plate: a flat trapezoid plate with six circular through holes in two relative sizes. Confirm your holder's hole pattern before ordering.
- S-03 segment profile: supplier reference confirms 24 mm top width, 25 mm working-face profile height, 100° included V angle and 12 mm segment height.
- Configurable: 16, 30, 60, 80 and 120 grit; Soft, Medium and Hard bond options.
Compatible Equipment
Suitable for compatible bolt-on or magnetic trapezoid tooling plates used with Diamatic/Blastrac (including BGS applications), SASE PDG/R, CPS G, Innovatech/Bartell Predator and Klindex Expander systems. Final fitment must be checked against the machine holder and six-hole pattern.
Applications
Suitable for removal, grinding and polishing work on concrete floors, epoxy floors, quartz and marble. Select the grit and bond according to the floor condition and required finish.
Selection Guide
- 16/30 grit: aggressive material removal and initial grinding.
- 60/80 grit: intermediate grinding and surface refinement.
- 120 grit: finer preparation before subsequent polishing steps.
- Soft bond: typically selected for hard concrete; Hard bond: typically selected for soft concrete; Medium bond: a general-purpose option.
