This HTC-interface diamond grinding shoe uses two long, parallel stepped/zigzag working strips for concrete-floor preparation. The gold/yellow curved shoe body has a concave rear face with raised side rails and no separate shaft.

• Two stepped working strips: diagonal, parallel cutting strips for controlled floor grinding.
• Segment size: each strip is 40 mm long × 10 mm wide × 12 mm thick.
• HTC-interface compatibility: designed for HTC-interface floor grinders. Please confirm your mounting interface before ordering if it differs from the product photos.
• Body material: manganese-steel shoe body.
• Configurable: 16, 30, 60, 80 and 120 grit; Soft, Medium and Hard bond options.

Applications

Suitable for removal, grinding and polishing work on concrete floors, epoxy floors, quartz and marble. Select the grit and bond according to the substrate condition and the required finish.

Selection Guide

• 16/30 grit: aggressive material removal and initial grinding.
• 60/80 grit: intermediate grinding and surface refinement.
• 120 grit: finer finishing before subsequent polishing steps.
• Soft bond: typically selected for hard concrete; Hard bond: typically selected for soft concrete; Medium bond: a general-purpose option.
